1. Wedding Portraits |

Most photographers include a portrait in their wedding day packages.
Your portrait will be a centerpiece in your home and one of the most
special things you can pass on to your children and beyond. Treat it
properly now so that it will be preserved for the future! |

It is hard to remember all of the photos you want when you are in the
thick of the wedding. Make sure to have lists ahead of time of group
photos you dont want to miss. When looking through wedding magazines
and the like before your wedding, tear out pages with photos of poses
and backdrops you would like to try for your own wedding. |

| 2. Guest
Signing Mats |
| |
| Many brides have a guestbook which is placed on a shelf
or in a drawer to be opened occasionally but mostly to collect dust for
years to come. Consider a signing mat instead! A signing mat guarantees
that the notes from your family and friends will be seen daily and
enjoyed. Some couples choose to have an engagement photo in the mat,
some leave the mat empty to be filled later with a bridal or wedding
portrait. Another fun idea is to have the mat cut for a panoramic photo
of all of the guests in attendance at the wedding or the reception.
Remember that you will most likely have a wedding portrait and plenty of
photos in an album, but a photo of the guests on your wall will be a way
to constantly see the friends and family who shared that special day
with you! |

Choose a frame at the time of having you mat cut. This
will help to protect the mat from damage around the edges and will keep
your guests from signing the mat too close to the edges. It also
provides a more pleasing display at the wedding and reception. |

| 3.
Bouquet Shadowboxes |
| |
|
After all the money you spent on your bouquet, why just throw it away?
Some flowers, like roses, can be hung upside down and dried by air,
though this can be an iffy process; others, like Calla Lilies, need to
be professionally preserved. Our shop offers professional bouquet and
corsage preservation. The bouquet is photographed from all angles,
disassembled and preserved, and then reassembled to look exactly as it
did when you carried it down the isle. Your Bouquet can be displayed in
a table top glass case or It can be shadowbox framed with other mementos
like your cake topper and serving set. |

Collect the bouquet and corsages at the end of the evening and have then
wrapped loosely in a plastic bag and stored in a refrigerator. Assign
someone to deliver the flowers as soon as possible to the frame shop for
preservation. Remember that some flowers will change in color when
dried red roses for example dry to a dark almost black color. |

| 4.
Wedding Invitations |
| |
|
Your invitation is another special reminder of that perfect day and
couples spend a lot of time and money finding just the invitation to
perfectly represent their union. Unlike a photo, the invitation also
saves dates, times and locations to pass down your history. An
invitation can be framed very simply or very extravagantly, depending
on your tastes and the feeling you want to convey. And invitation
framed with a wedding photo can be a beautiful gift to your parents
and grandparents! |

Ancestors' Photos |
| |
|
A nice display at a wedding or reception can be made of wedding photos from
the ancestors of the bride and groom. They can also make beautiful gifts
for the families at the rehearsal dinner. We offer photo restoration and
reprinting so that you can display your own wedding portrait next to a
nearly lost photo of your parents, grandparents and even your great-grand
parents! Even water damaged, molded and torn photos with whole areas
missing can be scanned into the computer and repaired, and multiple copies
can be printed as gifts for everyone in the family. Any damaged photos you
have should be restored and the originals stored in an acid free environment
out of UV light to be passed down for generations, while the new prints can
be displayed with pride. |

Custom Pop Art |

We can create custom pop art out of photos of the bride and groom to be.
The image printed on canvas can be a fun piece to display on the gift
table or by the seating chart. It can also make a very special gift for
your parents. The image can also be used to make unique invitations for
the more modern couple. |

Other Wedding Framing Ideas |

| There are plenty of non-traditional ways to capture
memories from the most romantic night of your life! For yourself or as
a gift, frame photos of the bouquet toss. Shadowbox the dress of your
precious little flower girl. Frame the father of the brides
boutonniere along with a photo of father and daughter dancing. |

Choose someone in the wedding party, possibly a
bridesmaid or usher with no other duties, and charge him or her with
collecting mementos throughout the evening. Have a Rubbermaid
container with lid ready to collect items from the wedding and
reception. Save one of any engraved or personalized gifts. If the
bride is changing clothes before leaving for the honeymoon, collect
her jewelry and garter and any other lucky charms (like something
borrowed and something blue). |
